Vos responsabilités incluent :
  • Générer des opportunités sortantes pour l'équipe des Responsables de Comptes en identifiant et en contactant des entreprises potentielles
  • Qualifier les prospects et élargir le portefeuille client de Qonto
  • Utiliser des canaux de communication tels que le téléphone et l'email pour engager le dialogue avec les clients
  • Participer à des événements pour atteindre proactivement de nouveaux clients

À propos de vous
  • Maîtrise parfaite de l'allemand ; la connaissance de l'anglais et d'autres langues européennes est un atout
  • Minimum d'un an d'expérience dans un rôle orienté client
  • Résilient et aime relever des défis
  • Compétences en communication claires et persuasives
  • Idéalement familiarisé avec Salesforce ou d'autres systèmes CRM
