About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Outbound Sales team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities for our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, contact, advise, and qualify potential customers to expand our customer portfolio
  • Utilize various communication channels, including telephone, email, and other digital platforms, to engage with customers and prospects
  • Conduct surveys to qualify or disqualify potential customers
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches to persuade potential customers to adopt our product
  • Collaborate with our Account Executives to provide valuable insights and support to help close deals
  • Ensure a seamless transition of leads to ensure a high-quality customer experience

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications:

  • Fluent German language skills are a must; additional knowledge of English and other European languages is desirable
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
