Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value within our portfolio and new clients.
  • Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels.
  • Comprehend intricate interdependencies within the customer organization to guide the appropriate engagement approach.

Collaborate with our team of business specialists to create and close opportunities to extend our platform.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience providing innovative solutions to banks, helping them achieve strategic and transformational goals.
  • Proven software sales experience with a track record of overachieving targets.
  • A strong network of connections with Core Banking Executives in the DACH Region.
  • A consultative approach to selling with hands-on project experience.
  • Proven skills in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in solution selling, focusing on Core Banking.
  • Ability to articulate the return on investment of solutions.
  • Fluency in German and English, enabling seamless business conduct.
