About the Role

We're looking for a business development expert to join our team in Germany. This role involves automating communications for businesses across the region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers within senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts.

  • Establish strategic plans and objectives to drive desired business growth.

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans and forecasts, addressing new customer acquisition and existing customer growth.

  • Drive sales cycles, including prospecting activity, opportunity qualification, developing and piloting, negotiating and closing sales, driving upsells and cross-sells.

  • Deliver presentations on products/services, conducting meetings with clients and strategic partners.

  • Keep CRM actual and updated, provide accurate forecast for managing projects.

  • Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of business-to-business selling experience in SaaS or software industries.

  • Experience in prospecting, qualifying, cold-calling companies, as well as building high-level business relationships from scratch to closing deals.

  • Ability to listen to customer needs and provide value propositions.

  • Strong organizational and project-management skills.

  • High self-motivation, proactive, and ambitious approach in achieving goals.

  • Strategic and creative approach to achieve professional efficiency in conditions of uncertainty and startup environment with frequent changes.

  • Hunger for learning and active search for opportunities to contribute.

  • Native German and advanced English languages.
