You will also provide technical support and assistance at events, conferences, and meetings. Additionally, you will create and maintain documentation for installing and configuring AV systems. Your strong service and customer orientation, combined with your technical expertise, will enable you to provide exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out regular maintenance work and troubleshoot technical issues related to AV technology
  • Provide technical support and assistance at events, conferences, and meetings
  • Create and maintain documentation for installing and configuring AV systems
  • Support employees with technical issues related to information and telecommunication technology
Requirements
  • Commercial training as an IT specialist, AV specialist, or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in IT/AV support, ideally in a highly service-oriented and international corporate environment
  • Solid knowledge of hard- and software, mobile devices, networks, and the latest Microsoft and Apple products
  • Experience in meeting and event support and familiarity with AV systems
  • Excellent German and very good written and spoken English language skills
