About the Role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team, with opportunities in Germany, France, Spain, or the Netherlands. If you excel in SaaS sales and thrive in high-stakes environments, this is your chance to shine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic market research to identify and engage key customers and decision-makers across Europe.
  • Develop and enhance relationships with distribution and strategic partners to drive business growth.
  • Manage outreach efforts, set up impactful meetings, and navigate complex sales cycles with confidence.
  • Oversee existing accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction and growth.
  • Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly reports to track performance and refine strategies.
What We're Looking For
  • A proven track record in enterprise sales, especially within SaaS solutions for vehicle leasing, car rental, motor-insurers, and fleet enterprises.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and build relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively and work independently in a remote setting.
  • A passion for technology with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Extensive network within the automotive industry and experience in establishing go-to-market partnerships.
  • Valuable international experience, particularly in European countries and/or Asia/Middle East.
  • Full professional proficiency in English is essential.
