As Germany's largest online pharmacy, it operates DocMorris, the best-known health platform. Deliveries are mainly from the highly automated logistics centre in Heerlen, the Netherlands, with a capacity of over 27 million parcels per year.

In Spain and France, the company operates the leading marketplace for health and personal care products in Southern Europe.

Your Key Tasks:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone and email.
  • Document customer interactions and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with a high level of quality and professionalism.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in a commercial field or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of customer focus, quality and service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken).
  • Reliability and a motivated approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
