As our Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our go-to-market (GTM) strategies and operations. You will oversee revenue growth by managing and automating our GTM tool stack, analyzing data for revenue insights, and empowering sales, marketing, and customer success teams to succeed.

Salary: 100,000 - 130,000 USD per year

Job Description:
  • Optimize and automate our Go-to-Market tool stack, focusing on CRM (HubSpot) and other systems while exploring new tools.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas of improvement in our GTM conversions, performance, and systems, and implement changes to drive revenue growth.
  • Enable informed decisions with accurate reporting and updates on sales performance and revenue trends.
  • Design and implement scalable processes along the GTM funnel and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to develop and execute effective GTM strategies and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A deep understanding of revenue architecture and metrics for identifying improvement potentials and enabling process change.
  • Prior experience operating with a GTM tool stack, maintaining data, setting up workflows, and ensuring proper usage among teams; Hubspot, Make, or BI tools like Metabase are a plus.
  • Strong Excel or SQL skills and confidence handling large data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-team collaboration abilities.
  • An open-minded approach, staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
