We are partnering with a leading software development company specializing in embedded systems and automotive solutions, currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the commercial assessment of requirements and lead multi-year development projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Translate and communicate technical requirements with clients, account managers, and engineers.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to finalize meaningful and long-lasting contracts with our customers and partners.

Required Qualifications

  • A completed degree in engineering or business with a technical focus (such as industrial engineering, business informatics, or a related field).
  • Professional experience in the software or automotive industry is preferred. Strong interest in a role that bridges engineering and sales functions.
  • Knowledge in cybersecurity standards (UNECE R 155, R156, ISO 21434), software quality, or open-source software licensing is highly desirable.
  • Business fluent in German and English (ideally minimum C1 spoken & written).
