Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing long-term successful business relationships with our clients. You will identify the personnel needs of our clients and match them with the expertise of our consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and present customized proposals and solutions to clients
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with clients
  • Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver projects to clients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of regional business strategies

Requirements

  • First-hand experience in personal customer interactions and new customer acquisition
  • Completed university degree
  • Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level) and a valid driver's license
  • Passion for networking and excellent communication skills
