About the Role

VistaJet is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Flight Support Agent to join our global team. As a Flight Support Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our flights, from ground handling to flight planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update our proprietary Operations system, Global View, to guarantee seamless communication with our partners and stakeholders.
  • Arrange ground handling services, airport slots, and fuel for all flights, adhering to established procedures.
  • Liaise with external providers, including handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, and civil aviation authorities, to coordinate ground services and operational requirements.
  • Request overflight and landing permits for all flights, following established procedures.
  • Submit flight, crew, and passenger information to customs and border agencies.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight status during the planning stage, including flight times, fuel stop locations, and potential issues en-route.
  • Liaise and coordinate directly with our operating partners' Tactical Controllers on flight preparation status and communicate any discrepancies or non-standard preparations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled efficiently, within safety boundaries, and with client satisfaction in mind at all times.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of the Business Aviation environment, preferably in Ground Operations, Flight Dispatch, or Flight Planning.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and deliver punctually, even under pressure.
  • Excellent English language skills to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
