Vista Flight Support is a leading provider of services to the business aviation industry, offering a unique portfolio of companies that cater to all aspects of business aviation. With a global presence, our clients have access to over 1,900 airports in 96% of the world's countries.

As a Flight Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our clients, ensuring seamless flight preparation and execution. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating our proprietary Operations system, Global View, to ensure smooth communication with partner AOCs, Sales, and Client Services.
  • Arranging ground handling services, airport slots, and fuel for all flights as required by established procedures.
  • Liaising with external providers, including handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, and Civil Aviation Authorities, to coordinate ground services and operational requirements.
  • Requesting overflight and landing permits for all flights as required by established procedures.
  • Submitting flight, crew, and passenger information to customs and border agencies.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on flight status during the planning stage.
  • Liaising and coordinating directly with operating partners' Tactical Controllers on flight preparation and communicating any discrepancies or non-standard preparation.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of the Business Aviation environment, ideally in Ground Operations, Flight Dispatch, or Flight Planning.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and deliver punctually under pressure.
  • Excellent English language skills to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
