Sales Director

Job Summary:
Nexperia is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Central European team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of direct reports, and developing and executing global business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute global business strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Manage and engage with key stakeholders, including customers and Nexperia management, to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Consolidate and analyze market and competitor information to inform business decisions.
- Develop and execute customer business plans to meet business targets.
Requirements:
- University degree in electrical engineering or business studies with solid technical affinity.
- Minimum 10 years sales experience in the semiconductor or automotive industry.
- Leadership experience and expertise to manage a cross-functional and multicultural team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
- Team player with hands-on mentality and willingness to travel frequently.
