Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Data-Driven Business Expert, der sich auf die Analyse von Daten und die Entwicklung von Strategien spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gestaltung der Zukunft des Lebensmitteleinkaufs spielen.

Aufgaben

Als Data-Driven Business Expert wirst du folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:

  • Ranking unseres Online-Sortiments in der App und Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten auf der Grundlage von Daten
  • Entwicklung von Algorithmen und Betriebsverfahren zur Erkennung beschädigter Produkte, bevor sie das Lager verlassen
  • Entwicklung von Prognosemodellen zur Vorhersage der künftigen Kundennachfrage in Abhängigkeit von der Saison, der Region oder aktuellen Trends
  • Verbesserung unserer Planungs- und Routing-Algorithmen in unseren Supply-Chain-Systemen
Anforderungen

Um diese Herausforderung zu meistern, benötigen wir einen erfahrenen Data-Driven Business Expert mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Master-Abschluss in Operational Research, Mathematik, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik & Supply Chain, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsmathematik oder einem vergleichbaren Studium
  • 0-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld, einem Start-up, einem Scale-up oder einer Unternehmensberatung
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe analytische Konzepte für verschiedene Interessengruppen aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen verständlich zu erklären
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, die es ermöglichen, abstrakte Pläne in verdauliche Informationen umzuwandeln, in Englisch und Deutsch
  • Kenntnisse von SQL und Python oder Bereitschaft, sie zu erlernen
