Business Manager

At Picnic, we're looking for a talented Business Manager - Data Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business operations and improve customer satisfaction
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business operations
- Master's degree in Operational Research, Logistics & Supply Chain, Math, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- 2-6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup, scale-up, or consulting firm
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL and Python
