At Picnic, we're on a mission to revolutionize the online grocery shopping experience. As a Business Analyst - Supply Chain Expert, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth and success.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team. As a Business Analyst - Supply Chain Expert, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth.

You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that optimize our supply chain, logistics, and operations. Your expertise will help us to improve our efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize our supply chain, logistics, and operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Operational Research, Logistics & Supply Chain, Math, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, start-up, scale-up, or consulting firm
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
