Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektleiter, der unsere strategischen Projekte erfolgreich umsetzen kann. Als Senior Project Manager im Strategischen Projektmanagement Office werden Sie Teil unseres internationalen Teams und werden mit der Planung, Durchführung und Steuerung von komplexen Projekten betraut.

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der operativen Geschäftseinheiten mit Standards, Methoden, Tools und Know-how zur Qualitätssicherung sowie Effizienz- und Effektivitätssteigerung
  • Aktive Begleitung und Unterstützung der operativen Angebots- & Projektteams bei der Planung und Durchführung von komplexen Angeboten und Projekten
  • Beratung der operativen Angebots- & Projektteams als Peer und Mentor zu allen wichtigen Projektmanagement-Standards & -Praktiken
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Peer-Reviews in laufenden Angeboten & Projekten durch, insbesondere im Bereich Risiko- & Chancenmanagement sowie Planung & Scheduling
  • Leitung des Tiger-Teams von Thales Deutschland zur schnellen und zielgerichteten Unterstützung von kritischen Angeboten & Projekten
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Steuerung der globalen Thales-Projekt-Effizienz-Initiative
  • Durchführung interner Audits im Projektmanagement und Unterstützung der auditierten Bereiche bei der Ableitung und Nachverfolgung geeigneter Folgemaßnahmen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Angebots- & Projektmanagementprozesses von Thales in Deutschland durch Lieferung von Ideen und Good-Practices

Voraussetzungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im klassischen Programm- und Projektmanagement, idealerweise auch im agilen Ansatz
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter(in) in komplexen Entwicklungsprojekten mit Verantwortung für deren Planung, Leitung sowie Umsetzung
  • Idealerweise umfangreiche Kenntnisse und Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement (Scrum, IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 o.ä.)
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Organisationsfähigkeit, Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch
