About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our development projects for our Seed Laser. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process from concept to production and delivery to our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of development projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Utilize your expertise in laser technology to design and execute experiments, validate specifications, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and timelines, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Physical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a Ph.D. preferred.
- Proven experience in laser technology and development, with a strong understanding of Matlab and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach to project management.
