Job Title: Project Manager for Smart Factory Solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing global projects aimed at implementing sophisticated Smart Factory Solutions from initial sales through to customer acceptance.
  • Coordinating technical and organizational aspects of the project team, suppliers, and installation managers while taking into account specific customer requirements on-site.
  • Providing customer support throughout the entire process, from sales to final project acceptance.
  • Acting as a key liaison among customers, sales partners, suppliers, sales teams, Technical Customer Service, and Development departments.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans that clearly outline activities, responsibilities, and key milestones.
  • Leading diverse project teams across multiple countries.
  • Facilitating regular meetings with stakeholders, customers, and project teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects lasting over 12 months.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • Exceptional communication skills in multicultural settings.
  • Experience in managing escalations, changes, and claims effectively.
  • Ability to identify project risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and resilient in approach.
  • Capable of working independently with a structured methodology.
