Senior Project Manager for EUV Development

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our EUV development team at TRUMPF. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the product development process, defining technical requirements, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of EUV technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications
- Conceive, develop, and qualify electrical components, considering complex conditions and current standards
- Evaluate and minimize risks, conduct tests on electrical components, and integrate them into complex systems
- Prepare status reports, document test results, and provide ongoing support for existing electrical components
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or similar
- Previous experience as a project manager is highly desirable
- Knowledge in laser technology is advantageous
- Analytical skills, independent work, reliability, and strong communication and presentation abilities
- Excellent English skills, German knowledge is a plus
