Customer Support Representative for German-speaking Clients

Are you ready for a new challenge? We're looking for a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in Larnaca, Cyprus. As a German-speaking customer support specialist, you'll be responsible for handling inquiries from German-speaking clients through phone calls, live chat, and back-office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer support and contribute to the overall service experience
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty
