Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR department across various areas for up to 20 hours weekly.
- Handle personnel administrative tasks from onboarding to offboarding, including drafting employment contracts and certificates.
- Independently generate HR reports and analyses.
- Collaborate on ongoing projects such as employer branding and the implementation of an HR master data system.
- Prepare and revise documents, summaries, and presentations.
Your Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources, business psychology, psychology, or a related field.
- Some practical experience in human resources and familiarity with labor law.
- A meticulous and self-reliant work style, complemented by teamwork and adaptability.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Confident demeanor paired with empathy and discretion.
- Precise and autonomous work ethic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Strong written and spoken skills in both German and English.
