Your Tasks

  • Support the HR department in various areas, working up to 20 hours per week.
  • Assist with personnel administrative tasks, from onboarding to offboarding, including the preparation of employment contracts and certificates.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and evaluations independently.
  • Collaborate on current projects, such as employer branding and the introduction of an HR master data system.
  • Create and edit documents, overviews, and presentations.

Your Profile

  • Ongoing studies in business administration with a focus on human resources, business psychology, or a comparable field of study.
  • Initial practical experience in human resources and knowledge of labor law.
  • A careful and independent work style, combined with team spirit and flexibility.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-confident appearance, paired with empathy and tact.
  • Precise and independent operation.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, with SAP knowledge being desirable.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
