Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR department across various functions for up to 20 hours weekly.
  • Handle personnel administrative duties from onboarding to offboarding, including the preparation of employment contracts and reference letters.
  • Independently generate HR reports and analyses.
  • Engage in ongoing projects, such as employer branding initiatives and the implementation of an HR master data system.
  • Draft and refine documents, summaries, and presentations.

Your Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources, business psychology, psychology, or a related field.
  • Some practical experience in human resources and familiarity with labor law.
  • A meticulous and autonomous work style, complemented by teamwork and adaptability.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Confident demeanor paired with empathy and discretion.
  • Precise and self-sufficient work approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
