Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR department across various functions for up to 20 hours weekly.
- Handle personnel administrative duties from onboarding to offboarding, including the preparation of employment contracts and reference letters.
- Independently generate HR reports and analyses.
- Engage in ongoing projects, such as employer branding initiatives and the implementation of an HR master data system.
- Draft and refine documents, summaries, and presentations.
Your Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources, business psychology, psychology, or a related field.
- Some practical experience in human resources and familiarity with labor law.
- A meticulous and autonomous work style, complemented by teamwork and adaptability.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Confident demeanor paired with empathy and discretion.
- Precise and self-sufficient work approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
