Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated Working Student in HR to support our team for up to 20 hours per week. You will gain valuable experience in various HR functions and contribute to key projects within our dynamic department.

  • Provide administrative support across diverse HR areas
  • Manage personnel records, including contract preparation and certificate issuance
  • Develop insightful HR reports and evaluations
  • Collaborate on current projects, such as employer branding initiatives and the implementation of a new HR master data system
  • Create and refine documents, overviews, and presentations

Your Profile

You are a highly motivated student pursuing a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources, business psychology, or a related field. You possess initial practical experience in HR and a solid understanding of labor law.

  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and independent work ethic
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Possess excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Project a confident demeanor while maintaining empathy and tact
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP is advantageous
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
