Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer for Complex Mechanical Parts

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Da Vinci Engineering GmbH.
About the Role:
- Plan and follow up on supplier development milestones and schedules according to APQP procedure for complex mechanical components.
- Participate in the review of design and production processes to identify risks and countermeasures.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Contract Purchasing, and other related teams to ensure a smooth launch.
- Develop and manage overall development activities for supplier quality assurance of complex mechanical parts.
- Review and verify parts design and production processes to identify risks and countermeasures.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in Mechanical Design Engineering, Mechanical Parts Production Engineering, Quality Assurance, and/or Purchasing in the automotive industry.
- Expertise in processing technologies such as high precision plastic molding and diecasting.
- APQP knowledge and experience.
- Expertise in DFMEA and PFMEA/Process Control Plan.
- Ability to understand technical contents, development risks, and potential causes/countermeasures.
- Fluent English language skills.
