Fleet Operations Manager

As a Sr. Fleet Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, compliance, availability, and cost-effectiveness of our fleet in Germany.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating the health and safety of our fleet, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations.
- Supporting product and program launches in your sub-region of Germany, leveraging your operational knowledge and understanding of local market conditions.
- Tactically collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to solve operational needs, executing programs with ambiguous deliverables and aligning stakeholders to achieve daily business objectives.
- Managing the availability of vehicles in your sub-region, balancing trade-offs between cost, quality, and speed, and escalating to leadership when necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree and proven logistics or operations experience.
- Strong operational knowledge and the ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
- Excellent communication skills, a high bar for accuracy and detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Professional proficiency in English and German, with a preferred location in Western Germany and flexibility for other regions.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or MBA, fleet management experience, and a background in mobility services.
