We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fuhrparkmanagement Specialist to join our team in Cologne, Germany.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of two professionals
  • Manage vehicle fleet operations, including key and vehicle documentation
  • Prepare customer reports and statements
  • Procure vehicles for employee leasing, company cars, pool vehicles, and ZBV
  • Coordinate driver training and vehicle inspections
  • Manage risk and damage cases, including expert consultations and external service provider management
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including company car taxation, contract management, and fine administration
  • Manage vehicle inventory and procurement, including logistics, tire management, and negotiations with external service providers

Your Qualifications

  • Completed commercial education, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Up to five years of experience in fleet management, ideally in a similar role
  • High level of initiative, routine self-organization, teamwork, and reliability
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good MS Office skills
