Electrify Your Career as a Key Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Digital Charging Solutions GmbH. As a key player in the e-mobility sector, we aim to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW and other partners.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing our OEM key accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and driving sales growth. This involves aligning our products or services with client needs to ensure mutual success.
Your Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing client concerns, and building strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product/service delivery.
- Account Strategy and Planning: Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategies, create customized presentations, and monitor account performance metrics.
- Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to align on client needs and ensure smooth project execution, while providing regular updates to senior management.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, acting as a trusted advisor, and offering insights and recommendations.
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record (3+ years) as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales/account management position. You must possess excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and analytical proficiency.

- Analytical proficiency with experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SQL and PowerBI is a plus
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory
As a Key Account Manager at Digital Charging Solutions GmbH, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
