We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Digital Charging Solutions GmbH. As a key player in the e-mobility sector, we aim to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW and other partners.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our OEM key accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and driving sales growth. This involves aligning our products or services with client needs to ensure mutual success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing client concerns, and building strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product/service delivery.
  • Account Strategy and Planning: Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategies, create customized presentations, and monitor account performance metrics.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to align on client needs and ensure smooth project execution, while providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, acting as a trusted advisor, and offering insights and recommendations.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record (3+ years) as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales/account management position. You must possess excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and analytical proficiency.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales/account management (3+ years)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical proficiency with experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of SQL and PowerBI is a plus
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory

As a Key Account Manager at Digital Charging Solutions GmbH, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
