Your Role in Our Net Zero Journey
As an Operational Excellence Intern, you will play a key role in our Lean Manufacturing team. Your tasks will include:
- Implementing 5S deployment and standardizing processes.
- Developing and maintaining meeting structures and documentation.
- Preparing and implementing Kanban systems and collaborating with the Logistics team.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant degree or professional experience in a related field.
- A detail-oriented mindset and a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German, and other languages.
- A hands-on approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
