Your role in the journey towards net zero:

Engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives:

• Implement 5S standards for organization and cleanliness as new machinery arrives.
• Facilitate effective communication through structured meetings on the shop floor between construction and internal engineering teams.
• Prepare standard documentation focused on lean methodologies.
• Collaborate with the Logistics team on Kanban preparation and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or prior experience is advantageous.
• A keen attention to detail paired with a collaborative spirit.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of German and other languages is a plus.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to tasks.
• Strong communication abilities.
