We're on a mission to redefine energy for a net zero future, and we're seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Production department as an Operational Excellence Intern.
Your Key Responsibilities- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles, focusing on 5S deployment, meeting structure, and standard document preparation.
- Collaborate with the Logistics team to develop and implement Kanban systems.
- Contribute to the development of lean topics and best practices within the organization.
- Relevant degree or professional experience in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German, and other languages.
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
