Your role in our sustainability journey:

Engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives:

• Implement 5S methodology - once equipment is set up, initiate the application of 5S color and labeling standards.
• Coordinate the meeting framework on the production floor between assembly and internal engineering teams.
• Prepare standard documentation focusing on lean methodologies.
• Assist in Kanban setup and collaborate cross-functionally with the Logistics department.

Qualifications

• A relevant academic background or professional experience is advantageous.
• A detail-oriented approach combined with a collaborative spirit.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of German and other languages is a plus.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Strong communication abilities.
