* Product ownership: hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the mobile/app area is required
* Language skills: proficiency in German is required, as the role involves collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders and team members
* People development: you have led a team of Product Owners or Product Managers, with strong listening skills, understanding team members' needs and challenges, and providing necessary support
* Ways of working: experience working with cross-functional software development teams, applying agile principles to daily work, and ability to adapt and implement agile methodologies effectively
* User focus: you are passionate about user research, including shadowing and interviewing users, skilled at analyzing data with user insights, and collaborating with UX and design experts to find optimal solutions
* Stakeholder management: track record of building strong connections with stakeholders at various levels of the company hierarchy, ability to work closely with stakeholders from different business areas to drive value for customers
