* Empowering Product Owners within your area, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
* Building strategy and driving product discovery, encouraging your team to iterate on problem-solving and balance the focus between discovering new opportunities and delivering impactful solutions.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the mobile/app area, with a proven track record of developing and executing product roadmaps.
* Proficiency in German, as the role involves collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders and team members.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading a team of Product Owners or Product Managers.
* Ability to work with cross-functional software development teams, applying agile principles to daily work and adapting to new methodologies effectively.
* Passion for user research, including shadowing and interviewing users, and analyzing data with user insights to find optimal solutions.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building connections with stakeholders at various levels of the company hierarchy.
