The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 depending on experience. Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist to lead and oversee content, social media, website content, SEO, and translation activities across multiple European markets. As the Head of Content, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, driving engagement, enhancing our brand presence, and ensuring consistent messaging.

  • Create and implement a content strategy aligned with our brand, audience, and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with country managers and other marketing heads to adapt and localize marketing initiatives for each market.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of website content, ensuring a seamless user experience and high-quality visuals.
  • Analyze data-driven insights to measure content and campaign effectiveness and refine strategies based on performance metrics and trends.
  • Manage and mentor a team of content creators, social media specialists, SEO experts, and translators.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, and/or brand management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Experience leading marketing initiatives across multiple European countries, accounting for cultural and linguistic nuances.
  • Proficiency in SEO, social media, and content management or e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
