Wind Energy Certification Engineer

Nordex SE is seeking a highly skilled Certification Engineer for Wind Farms to support our team in the certification of wind parks and market monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of relevant norms and standards, as well as experience in collaborating with certification bodies and authorities.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor current normative requirements and develop proposals for implementing new standards.
- Develop evidence-based procedures as a standard proof for all certifiers.
- Train employees in norms and relevant procedures to ensure a smooth certification process in projects.
- Track the status of all active certification processes in Germany.
- Troubleshoot certification issues in all German projects.
- Be the in-house contact for all certification-related topics in project contexts.
- Completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable field.
- Experience in certification, preferably in wind energy and collaboration with regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant norms and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness, and conflict resolution skills.
- Independent, structured, and team-oriented work style.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
