About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Growth Marketing Expert to join our team at knowhaus, located in Hamburg, Germany. As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your deep understanding of marketing disciplines and knowledge in digital and analytical excellence to drive growth transformation for top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive growth and transformation for clients.
  • Lead projects in Marketing Technology, AdTech, and GenAI's transformative role in Marketing.
  • Analyze market trends and data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier consulting results.
  • Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within strategic management services in top-tier consultancy and leading marketing positions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a sense for leveraging digital tools to drive growth and transformation.
  • Proven track record in leading marketing projects and teams to deliver top-tier consulting results.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer
