About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Güntner GmbH. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues related to our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer complaints and develop effective solutions to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical support to customers through various communication channels.
  • Participate in projects related to complaints management and suggest improvements to our processes.
  • Process customer claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Technical apprenticeship in refrigeration/air conditioning or electrics/electronics.
  • High customer orientation and strong communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Fluent English knowledge, with German as a plus.
