Job SummaryThe System Technician will play a critical role in the coordination, maintenance, and overall management of the Commercial Enablement da Vinci system platforms, instruments, and accessories. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, strong administrative skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage system set-up and take-down for all Commercial Enablement programs
- Maintain and order inventory of Intuitive Systems and I&A
- Track and maintain organization of all Commercial Learning system and I&A assets
- Coordinate system shipments and loaners
- Develop and maintain system usage metrics and reports
- Collaborate with Commercial Learning training team to execute training programs effectively
- Participate in Commercial Learning program review meetings
- Advanced level knowledge of da Vinci system platforms and I&A
- Strong administrative and record-keeping skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience with inventory management and system logistics
- Knowledge of surgical/laboratory terminology and procedures
- Bachelor's degree or acceptable alternative education with technical certification
- 3+ years of professional work experience in technical support or lab operations
- FSE certification on all platforms
