System Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled System Technician to join our Commercial Enablement team at Intuitive Surgical. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the coordination, maintenance, and overall management of the Commercial Enablement da Vinci system platforms, Instruments & Accessories (I&A), and Advanced Technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support or lab operations, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide excellent customer service. Fluency in German and English is a must, and a bachelor's degree or acceptable alternative education with technical certification is required.
As a System Technician, you will be responsible for:
- System workshop set-up for all Commercial Enablement programs
- Maintaining and ordering inventory of Intuitive Systems and I&A
- Maintaining organization and status log of all Commercial Learning system and I&A assets
- Managing system shipments and loaners
- Providing strong administrative and record-keeping skills
- Having advanced-level knowledge of the system and I&A

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or acceptable alternative education with technical certification
- 3+ years of professional work experience in technical support or lab operations
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
