Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled System Technician to join our team at Intuitive Surgical. As a key member of our Commercial Enablement team, you will be responsible for managing the coordination, maintenance, and overall management of our da Vinci system platforms, instruments, and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System setup and teardown for all Commercial Enablement programs
  • Maintenance and ordering of inventory for Intuitive Systems and instruments
  • Organization and status logging of all Commercial Learning system and instrument assets
  • Management of system shipments and loaners
  • Strong administrative and record-keeping skills for system and instrument usage metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or acceptable alternative education with technical certification
  • 3+ years of professional work experience in technical support or lab operations
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of surgical and laboratory terminology, equipment, and procedures
