About the Role

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for organizing the smooth operation of production and optimizing processes while meeting the quality and cost requirements at our site in Neuburg an der Donau.

Your Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the tasks assigned in the organizational chart and for the quality-oriented, timely, and cost-effective production of the product.
  • Coordination of a smooth process flow within the area of responsibility and optimization of processes.
  • Creating a motivated, performance-oriented, and team-oriented staff.
  • Personnel planning, personnel deployment, personnel training.
  • Market observation in terms of production technology, construction, and trends.
  • Responsibility for JIT/JIS delivery of seats.

What We're Looking For

  • Technical education with corresponding professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in leadership positions.
  • Experience in the automotive or supplier industry/JIT production.
  • Good English skills in writing and speaking.

Your Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in team management.
  • Practical experience with production methods (Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, TPM, TRS, etc.).
