Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead the management of existing gaming partnerships and actively seek new opportunities within Europe to accelerate the adoption of Tezos.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and manage ongoing partnership opportunities within the region, targeting AAA developers/publishers and ambitious startups, across multiple platforms including PC and mobile
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Gaming to adapt investment evaluation framework to local context, and apply it flexibly to highlight high value partners
- Build financial and business models, and prepare investment recommendations highlighting opportunities and risks
- Negotiate with potential partners on deal terms to find a positive way forward for all stakeholders
- Owning projects and collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure the partnership is successful
- Represent the Tezos ecosystem at regional and global events as required
Requirements
- Previous experience working in gaming and/or blockchain industry in business-related roles (e.g. business development, strategy, operations, and publishing/marketing)
- Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the industry
- Evidence of successful end-to-end deals and/or projects
- Self-starter with high level of initiative, ownership, and urgency
