Senior Change Management Specialist

About the Role
Workforce Staffing (WFS) at Amazon is on an exciting transformation journey, implementing proprietary tech solutions to delight our candidates, building sophisticated data models to inform decisions, and optimizing our operating model for efficiency. We're looking for a highly motivated and flexible Change Program Manager to drive change excellence within WFS, enabling support of Amazon's first, middle, and last mile Logistics.
This role is responsible for delivery of change initiatives and driving change adoption across teams. You will be based from an operations or corporate location in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, or Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable complex and ambiguous change initiatives
- Deliver and execute change strategies to support change adoption
- Develop project plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestones
- Communicate ideas effectively to a wide range of audiences, reinforcing WFS as a credible business partner
- Identify and escalate down-stream problems
- Understand inter dependencies of programs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience identifying and resolving complex issues
