Deine Rolle:

Als Team Manager Customer Support bei KOMSA übernimmst du die Führung des Kundensupport-Teams und bist verantwortlich für die Optimierung von Prozessen und der Mitarbeiterentwicklung. Du sorgst für effiziente Abläufe und bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle bei Eskalationen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du gestaltest und steuerst operativ dein Team
  • Du priorisierst die Aufgaben und überwachst die vereinbarten KPI's (z.B. Lösungszeit)
  • Du treibst die Automatisierung voran und arbeitest an der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen mit
  • Du forderst und förderst unsere Mitarbeiter und führst Mitarbeiter- sowie Feedbackgespräche

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
