We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at IT Career Hub GmbH.

Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
