Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Solution Architect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building meaningful and strategic relationships with customers, leading customer onboarding experiences, and validating and identifying customer needs and potential challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a great customer experience
  • Lead customer onboarding experiences to ensure seamless integration with our products
  • Identify and address customer needs and potential challenges to drive customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve our products and deliver more value to customers
  • Identify and present up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within customer portfolios
Requirements
  • Client-facing experience in managing a customer portfolio
  • Customer-centric mindset with a hands-on entrepreneurial attitude to drive results and achieve goals
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to develop accounts further
  • Team-oriented work attitude and strength in communication
  • A "never-stop-learning" attitude and a desire to learn and grow
  • Fluent in German and English
