Logistics Technology Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging opportunity to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact? CONROO GmbH, an early-stage startup, is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Logistics Technology Specialist.

We're a dynamic team of around 20 people working from our offices in Germany and remotely, driven by our belief that all resources are valuable. Our innovative technology enables efficient logistics, and we're passionate about continuous learning and tackling challenges alongside our founding team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics Technology Specialist, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of various business areas, including:

Marketing & Sales

  • Conduct market research and support the execution of strategic sales projects
  • Prepare and create marketing and sales materials, including pitches and social media posts
  • Ensure a consistent corporate identity across all our formats and channels

Product & Tech

  • Support the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities based on customer needs and business objectives
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and business objectives
  • Assist in the implementation of agile project management frameworks

Business Operations

  • Engage with our users to understand their needs and challenges by responding to their inquiries, identifying solutions to their problems, and providing information about our products and services
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights for decision-making, enhance our products and processes, and scale our business operations
  • Assist in managing ongoing projects by tracking progress, setting deadlines, and communicating updates to stakeholders

People Operations & HR

  • Own the entire hiring and sourcing pipeline, including writing and publishing job postings, as well as screening potential candidates
  • Support the design and implementation of various people-related programs and initiatives, including benefits, training and development, team-building events, recognition programs, and other efforts that foster a positive work environment
  • Keep us informed about industry trends and research best practices in HR and People Operations to help drive continuous improvement initiatives

Finance & Accounting

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks and contribute to the regular account closing processes
  • Optimize the organization, processes, and systems in the finance area by driving digitalization and automation
  • Further develop accounting, controlling, and management systems
