As a Site Manager at Voith Group, you will be responsible for the organization, leadership, and monitoring of the installation of machines, machine groups, and hydroelectric power plant construction sites (electromechanical complete equipment with a focus on generators) in collaboration with project management, consortium partners, and customers.

Your tasks will include leading and planning the deployment of installation, supervision, and installation companies, as well as providing technical project support for the components of the respective delivery scope.

You will coordinate the smooth installation process with customers, consultants, authorities, and suppliers.

Your responsibilities will also include the capture and monitoring of costs, as well as the adherence to, ensuring, and monitoring of safety and quality requirements.

You will ensure regular documentation of construction progress and deviations, and promote forward-looking installation planning.

You will implement the adherence to and monitoring of deadlines on the construction site in accordance with the Master Time Schedule.

Requirements

* You have a completed technical vocational training or a degree as a technician (m/w/d).

* You can look back on extensive experience in construction management, installation, installation supervision, and ideally commissioning of power plant equipment (preferably generators in hydroelectric power plants).

* Good French and English language skills, as well as further language skills, are desirable.

* You convince with an open and secure appearance in dealing with customers, suppliers, and other project participants, paired with cooperation ability, loyalty, flexibility, and resilience.

* We expect the willingness to take on long-term assignments abroad worldwide.
